Directors Share Dealings

STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, announces the following share dealings by persons closely associated with certain Directors:
Clifton Participations Inc, a person closely associated with Alan Kentish, Chief Executive Officer, and Quest Traders Limited, a person closely associated with Elizabeth Plummer, Company Secretary, have sold 500,000 and 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") respectively in the Company, in order to satisfy institutional demand.
Following the above transactions, Alan Kentish (indirectly through Clifton Participations Inc, which forms part of the assets of the Perros Trust of which Alan Kentish is a potential beneficiary) holds 6,718,817 Ordinary Shares representing 11.31% of the current total voting rights of the Company and Elizabeth Plummer (indirectly through Quest Traders Limited) holds 1,510,981 Ordinary Shares representing 2.54% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Of the acquiring institutions, one is a new holder in STM.
