Appointment of Non-Executive Director

STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Charles Ellison as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Robin is a lawyer with extensive experience in pensions in both the professional and academic fields, having been involved in various aspects of pensions since the 1970's. He has published a number of books and articles on the subject of pension law, is a former Chairman of what is now the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association, is a consultant with Pinsent Masons, and is Visiting Professor of Pensions Law at Cass Business School.
Commenting on Robin's appointment, Alan Kentish, Chief Executive Officer at STM, said: "I am very pleased to welcome Robin to the Board and look forward to his contribution given his extensive experience in the pensions field which is currently our major business sector and offers considerable growth opportunities for STM."
