Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

STM Group PLC (AIM:STM), the multi-jurisdictional financial services group, announces that it has today posted a notice to shareholders convening an extraordinary general meeting of the Company ("EGM").
The purpose of the meeting is to consider a resolution to amend the Company's articles of association in order to allow the Company to purchase its own shares and hold such shares as treasury shares.
The EGM will take place at 10:30 a.m. on 31 December 2014 at 18 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JA.
