STM Group PLC announces that the Company was notified that today Mr. Nigel Green has sold 1,330,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr. Green, through International Financial Options Limited and SBS Nominees Limited, now holds Ordinary Shares representing 20.68% of the total voting rights in the Company.
