STM Group PLC (AIM:STM), the cross border financial services provider, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, at Clinch's House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, all resolutions put to shareholders by the Board were duly passed.

As a result of the approval of Resolution 2, the Company will be paying a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2009 of 0.4 pence per share on 4 June 2010 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 14 May 2010.
