As announced in the Company's Final Results on 27 March 2018, Michael Riddell, who has served on the Company's Board for 7 years, did not stand for re-election and has therefore retired from the post of Chairman. STM is in the advanced stages of its search process and anticipates announcing the appointment of a new Chairman shortly. Until the new appointment is finalised, Robin Ellison, currently Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Interim Chairman with immediate effect.
